Uneven Experience at this hotel

missing curtain section tv issue
The location was convenient, and the amenities were acceptable.
The curtains in my room DIDN'T close properly. A whole section seemed to be missing. I TRIED to close the gap with the sheer curtain. The tv kept cutting out. I expected bathroom moisturizer but didn't find any.
